refresh Afrika was founded to challenge the model. Originally conceived as a social enterprise with the mission of taking brands from good to great and lowering barriers to entry for township and grassroots entrepreneurs, refresh Afrika has always been about economic inclusion and cultural empowerment.
That DNA remains central to our identity. What has evolved is the recognition that influence itself, creators, brands, and cultural leaders, is one of Africa’s most powerful economic and social tools.
refresh Afrika is a holistic brand management and cultural strategy firm. We partner with corporate brands, non-profits, start-ups, artists, creators and advocacy organisations to deliver campaigns that are culturally relevant, scalable, and impact-driven.
We build long-term brand equity while helping shape a strong, collaborative creator economy that gives voice and value to Africa’s creative force.
By connecting creativity, culture, and impact, we help brands and creators thrive across the continent.
“We are not just campaign executors; we are architects of influence. We believe Africa’s creative economy holds one of the world’s most powerful sources of social and commercial capital. Our mission is simple: to democratise influence in Africa by building transparent, high-impact ecosystems that empower brands, creators, and communities to thrive together.”
We are architects of influence. Our work goes beyond vanity metrics and PR. We connect brands with the right voices and measure impact in ways that matter.
Each campaign we design is built to ensure that both brands and creators emerge stronger than they entered.
We build ecosystems, not transactions, where collaboration replaces competition, trust drives creativity, and every story told moves culture forward.
At its core, refresh Afrika continues the journey it started, making good things great, while embracing the new frontier of influence.
A bridge connecting and translating African creativity, intelligence, and impact.
refresh Afrika manages brands, creators, and cultural IP across four core focus areas. Our work bridges creativity, commerce, and impact, building influence that lasts.

We provide holistic brand management for corporates, non-profits, and personal brands. From strategic positioning and identity development to communication planning and execution, we ensure brands remain relevant, resonant, and results-driven.
Our approach prioritises equity over visibility, building long-term cultural and commercial value that sustains reputations beyond the campaign moment.
We design and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns that align commercial goals with advocacy outcomes. Our process covers the full lifecycle: strategy, casting, contracting, execution, and reporting, cultivating long-term creator communities over once-off activations.
Every partnership is guided by our mission to grow a collaborative creator economy that values equity, transparency, and shared success.
Storytelling is at the heart of what we do. We craft narratives that are authentic, culturally fluent, and scalable across markets, building the bridge between advocacy and commerce in a single, cohesive story.
Our storytelling spans digital, traditional, and experiential spaces, using local language, cultural nuance, and purpose-driven creativity to connect audiences and move culture forward.
We create high-impact campaigns for NGOs, non-profits, and advocacy organisations that need affordable access to the influencer and brand economy. Our campaigns are mobilisation-focused, designed to build movements, increase awareness, and drive action-taking.
By collaborating with purpose-driven creators, we bring excluded organisations into the fold and help them harness Africa’s creative and cultural power to drive impact.
Much of today’s brand and influence economy has become transactional. In the rush for reach and returns, people, creators, communities, and even audiences are too often treated as means to an end. Africa knows the cost of extractive systems all too well.
My work has always come from a different place. At every table I’ve sat at, across campaigns, movements, and brand conversations, I’ve approached storytelling and strategy with a focus on excellence, instinct, and care, while ensuring that brands, artists, and creators are empowered to operate as stronger, more informed businesses.
refresh Afrika is built on that conviction. We create room for deeper collaboration, for engagement that extends beyond a single campaign, and for relationships that evolve.
Our commitment to transparency, shared insight, and long-term growth isn’t an add-on to how we work; it is the work. To us, Making Good Things Great means recognising that growth is collective, that influence compounds when handled with integrity, and that success is measured not only by reach, but by what and who moves forward because of it. This is the lens through which we build, partner, and lead.
That is the standard we hold ourselves to. And it is the future we are building toward, together.
